Stephen immigrated to Indiana by 1865 from Chicago, Cook County, Illinois. He resided in these Indiana counties: Huntington, Elkhart, Steuben, and DeKalb. Stephen emigrated from Indiana before 1900 to Sarcoxie, Jasper County, Missouri.
