  • Daniel

Jacob lived in Delaware, Grant, and Randolph counties while in Indiana. He was a farmer and served in the Civil War from Indiana, but moved to Colorado in 1878. He first settled in Park County, Colorado, and later moved to Meeker, Rio Blanco County, Colorado. Jacob died at the Old Soldier’s Home in Monte Visa, Rio Grande County, and is buried with his wife in Meeker, Rio Blanco, Colorado.
