  • Linda Marie (b. 1951) (twin) married Peter Bryan Hayes
  • Mark Charles (b. 1952) married Lisa Ashley Butler
  • Janet Louise (b. 1956) married Richard Hage

Ruth died in the Columbia Longwood Hospital in Fort Pierce, Florida, and is buried in the Riverview Memorial Park cemetery there.
